Unlike Bob, I don’t feel like doing any driving “helps” my tinnitus at all. The only thing is that in my car I listen to music on the stereo which somewhat helps. Since my Tinnitus isn’t affected by anything (except the Amitryptaline that the doctor gave me to make it better and made it worse) the car rides don’t cause my Tinnitus to get worse.
