Mikel, you may want to price the 50# block…I get it from CK Products (in Norcross) and pay about $43. I know that a local cake decorating shop charges $10.99 for a 3# tub . You’ll need a tax ID number and license, tho. KJT…. Where is this cake store you get the Sweetex for? 43.00 is a good price on the 50 pound box.
