Rhea is a Titanis (female Titan) and as such she is immortal. She isn’t dead and she cannot die as far as she eats ambrosia. Rhea obviously supported her son Zeus during the Titan war. She was definitely not imprisoned in the Tartarus with other Titans, but it’s hard to tell exactly what happened her after the war.
